Plain-English returns and cancellation terms for orders placed on pcfoundry.ie.

Changing your mind

• Ready-to-go PCs, laptops, monitors and accessories: you have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return the item, and a further 14 days to get it back to us. It must be complete, undamaged and in its original packaging. We refund the full price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it back. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
• Custom-configured PCs are built to your specification, so once assembly has started the statutory 14-day cancellation right no longer applies. You can cancel free of charge at any point before we start the build – just ring or email us. After that we will still do our best to help: a custom build can usually be returned for a refund less the cost of restocking any parts we cannot resell as new. We will confirm the figure in writing before you decide.

Faulty or not as described

If anything is wrong with what you received, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and our own 12-month warranty. We collect faulty goods at our cost.

How to start a return

1. Ring +353 44 93 81033 or email [email protected] with your order number.
2. We confirm the return in writing and give you a returns reference.
3. Drop it into Fitzroy House, Castle Street, Mullingar, or book DPD Collect & Return (EUR 25, free for faulty goods).

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card, Klarna or Humm account used to pay, within 14 days of the goods reaching us. Payments are processed by Creative IT, the Mullingar company that builds every PC Foundry machine.

Business customers

Orders placed by a business are covered by our standard business terms rather than consumer cancellation rights; ask us for a copy before ordering.
