Warranty

Every PC Foundry machine comes with a 12-month parts-and-labour warranty, handled in our own Mullingar workshop – not a courier to a depot in another country.

What is covered

• Every component we fitted, and our workmanship, for 12 months from delivery.
• Diagnosis, repair or replacement of a failed part, and the labour to do it, at no cost to you.
• Free initial assessment on any warranty query – ring or WhatsApp and we will tell you what to try first; most issues are solved on the phone.
• Collect & Return: if the machine needs to come back to us, our DPD collect-and-return service brings it to the workshop and home again for EUR 25, or drop it into Castle Street for free.

Manufacturer warranties on top

Many of the parts we fit carry longer manufacturer warranties (graphics cards, SSDs, power supplies and monitors are commonly 2-5 years). After our 12 months, we will tell you exactly which parts are still covered and how to claim – and we can handle the claim for you for a small labour fee.

What is not covered

• Accidental damage, liquid damage, power surges or lightning.
• Software problems, viruses, operating-system reinstalls and data loss – we can fix these as a paid repair, and we always quote in writing before any work.
• Parts you fit yourself that damage other components. Upgrades fitted by us keep the warranty intact.
• Consumables such as thermal paste and fans past the manufacturer’s rating.

Upgrades do not void anything

Want more memory or a bigger drive next year? Bring it in or book DPD Collect & Return; we fit the part, re-test the machine, and the warranty carries on.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Irish and EU consumer law, which are not affected.
