Already own one of ours?
Ring us with the machine in front of you if you can. Have your order number or the name it was bought under — your exact spec is on file, so we usually know what is in it before you finish describing it.
Under warranty: we cover the machine for 12 months. Faults come back to Mullingar, get diagnosed here, and get tested again before they go back to you.
Out of warranty: free initial assessment, written quote before any work — same as any other machine on the bench.
