Book it, then box the machine (tower or laptop only, no keyboard, mouse or monitor unless the fault involves them). We email you a DPD label and arrange collection for the next working day. On the bench you get the free initial assessment and a written quote before any work; once it is repaired and retested, DPD brings it back to the same address.
